Starfleet holodecks

You slowly awaken in a brightly lit all white room. You look yourself over and after reassuring yourself that you are no worse for the wear, you begin to survey the room, looking for your cremated.

You discover Dr. McCoy reviving Sulu. Scotty is laying unconscious on a slab. You rush over to check on him. He begins to slowly come around.

BONES: Well this is just typical. We go on a mission and within 5 seconds we're attacked, knocked out, and imprisoned. What's next, bubonic gas?

SULU: What happened? Where are we?

YOU: We leaped before we looked. Spock's scans showed no life signs, so where the hell did all of these guys come from?

BONES: Well I am not all that sure about scans and ships but I am sure of one thing...

SULU: What's that?

BONES: I don't know if you've noticed it or not, but these guys aren't a familiar race. So who are they and where'd they come from?

YOU: And what are they doing here?

Scotty regains consciousness...

SCOTTY: Aye Captain, I'd say the ship has more help than we expected.

SULU: There's an access panel on the wall. Maybe we can circumvent the locking mechanism.

BONES: That might not be such a good idea. We don't know who or what we're dealing with. We should play it safe and sit tight.
